I am proud to say DLR Services Pty Ltd is an 100 % owned and operated Australian Company. The company is not run under several different names to gain market share or operate under the shadow of another large security company. We are not a franchise operation or linked with the operation of any other security company or security product related business.
The security business started between the current Directors in 1991. This partnership was called Kanimbla Security. We personally provided electronic security services, patrol and response services, cash escort services, staff protection services and specialised armed guard and dog services to our client base throughout Sydney.
In 1993, the business had grown and as a result Kanimbla Security Pty Ltd was formed with the same directors. The company continued to provide a vast range of security services to our client base and also provide subcontract technical services to other larger security companies. The trading name of Securecom Systems NSW was registered to create a security business network throughout Australia with other small security companies under the Securecom name. This allowed us to provide security services for our customers who had offices throughout Australia with a common recognition of the name.
In 1999, Kanimbla Security Pty Ltd was restructured which resulted in a name change to our current name of DLR Services Pty Ltd. This change was a result of the new direction for the business to include working in many areas such as phone installations, electronic security, electric fences and security consultancy. A check of A.S.I.C records still shows DLR Services Pty Ltd as owning the Kanimbla Security Pty Ltd name and the mentioned name change to DLR Services Pty Ltd.
DLR Services Pty Ltd continues to provide personalised and professional electronic security services, back to base monitoring services, camera installations, access control, intercoms and security consultancy services to our clients.
We currently comply with all NSW Security industry licensing requirements by holding a company Security Master Licence (405047405). All operational staff are licensed to perform the relevant security tasks.
We currently hold Workers Compensation insurance and Public Liability ($10m) insurance.
